Registration

Registration is now open. Click here to register, and please consider submitting an abstract too.

Participation to this event is open to Board-Certified Plastic Surgeons or residents in a recognized plastic surgery training program only.

If you are not an ISAPS Member, you will be asked to upload a proof of your certification or residency. Documents and final approval of registration and participation will be done by the ISAPS National Secretaries of the delegate’s country or by the ISAPS Membership Chair.

Any delegates that fail to produce a satisfactory document will be automatically cancelled and refunded according to the cancellation policy (see paragraph on cancellation of registration). A 20% administrative fee will be retained from all refunds except for visa denials.

Participation in this event is open to non-plastic faculty by invitation only and must be arranged beforehand with the ISAPS Scientific Committee. 

The registration link will lead you to a page where you can either log-in to an existing X-CD account or create a new account.

Onsite

Full Registration includes the following:

  • Full Scientific and educational program (except paid masterclasses, lunch with the experts, and social events that must be purchased separately) 
  • Onsite exhibition and industry sessions 
  • All refreshment breaks during the Congress  
  • Entrance to the Opening Ceremony  
  • Access to the ISAPS World Congress 2026 digital platform and App 
  • ‘On demand’ access to a full scientific and educational program
  • CME Accreditation 
  • Certificate of participation

Virtual (ISAPS virtual attendance is currently an On Demand service).

  • Full Scientific and educational program (except paid masterclasses, lunch with the experts, and social events that must be purchased separately)
  • Access to the ISAPS World Congress 2026 digital platform 
  • The ability to ask questions to our faculty
  • ‘On demand’ access to a full scientific and educational program
  • CME Accreditation 
  • Certificate of participation

Paid masterclasses, lunch with the experts, and social evening events are not included in the registration price and will need to be booked separately once details are announced. 

Registering someone as an Accompanying guest allows them access to the Exhibition Hall where the refreshment breaks take place only.

Accompanying guests can't access the meeting rooms.

For social evening events you can add an additional ticket to your booking.

(Note: Plastic surgeons and affiliates cannot be registered as APs/guests) 

Requests for refunds will be granted for cancellation until August 27, 2026 and must be emailed to [email protected]. No refunds will be granted for any reason thereafter, except in cases of failure to obtain a visa to enter Mexico (with documentary evidence from Embassy or Consulate).

In case of cancellation due to illness/accidents, we will require your medical certificate from a local hospital/doctor, including the delegate’s full name and dates of document creation.  

To ensure the refund application can be successful, the document should be from the few days before the trip and no later than 2 days after the trip departure.   

Refunds are at ISAPS’ discretion.  

A 20% administrative fee will be retained from all refunds except for visa denials.

A receipt is automatically sent to your email address once you have completed your registration. This is also your invoice. Please check your spam folder if you don’t receive this within an hour of registering.

The ISAPS World Congress 2026 will be held at the Cancun Center (Blvd. Kukulcan Km. 9, Punta Cancun, Zona Hotelera, 77500 Cancún, Q.R., Mexico).

Accommodation bookings for ISAPS World Congress 2026, Cancun is offered only through direct bookings on our website, and will be available soon. Please check our accommodation page for further details.

There is NO official housing or travel agency associated with the ISAPS World Congress 2026.

Recording (photographic, video, and audio) of the sessions and exhibit hall during the ISAPS World Congress is strictly prohibited.

Please note the unauthorized recording or capturing of videos accessible on ISAPS On Demand Platforms, such as the ISAPS Virtual Congress platform and the ISAPS Video Library, whether through video, audio, photography, or screenshots, is explicitly prohibited.

Our sessions are available to view On Demand, online after the Congress for a minimum period of one year.

Scientific Program - Abstracts (inc. faculty’s)

No. The Call for Papers is open for Non-Members too. Please note that if you are not currently a Member of ISAPS, you will need to apply to become a member first in order to benefit from discounted Congress registration fees. Please check above in the Registration section.  

Yes. For the ISAPS World Congress 2026, Cancun we are only taking abstract submissions from plastic surgeons or residents in a certified plastic surgery program only. Any submission(s) that are from other fields will not be considered for the Scientific Program.

Friday, January 23, 2026 11:59PM EST time.

You can edit your abstract up until the above deadline date by going into your profile and editing your submitted abstract. 

Notification of your abstract status will be sent to you at the email address you used for submission in March, 2026. If your abstract is for any reason not accepted, your registration will be refundable on request, less a $25 processing fee. Refund requests for declined abstracts can be submitted by no later than March 31, 2026.

All submitters accept to have their abstracts published in an official supplement of APS. Abstracts will be published exactly as submitted, except for minor edits that may be made with respect to grammar and spelling. Authors are responsible to ensure necessary patient consents for use of images and to block/remove identifying features wherever possible. The ISAPS Scientific Program Committee reserves the right to request re-submission or to reject abstracts that are unclear in the English language or that raise ethical concerns. 

Scientific Program - Other

An application will be made to the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Examination (EACCME®) for CME accreditation for the ISAPS World Congress 2026, Cancun. More information on CME will be available soon on our website. Please note that to receive a CME certificate (valid for onsite and virtual participants), it is compulsory to complete the following: evaluation form for each session(s) you attended in-person or viewed On Demand, and the overall event evaluation.

Yes, there will be an On Demand archive available. On-demand recordings are available for our courses, Resident’s Symposium, masterclasses, and all main sessions (except poster-discussion sessions). We aim to provide on-demand access to recordings within 24 hours after a session has ended. Please understand that some recordings will need additional editing post-congress so may take longer. 

No, there will be no translation available. The official language for the Congress is English.
