Important Travel Information – Tour de France in Barcelona
Please note that Barcelona will host stages of the Tour de France during our event dates, which may result in temporary road closures and increased traffic in certain parts of the city. As a result, travel times within Barcelona, including transfers to and from Barcelona Airport, may be longer than usual. We recommend allowing some additional time when planning your arrival and departure.
The local authorities will provide detailed traffic information closer to the event dates. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to welcoming you to Barcelona.
Registration
Registration is now open. Click here to register.
Registration is open to Board Certified Plastic Surgeons. If you are not an ISAPS Member, you will be asked to upload a proof of your certification. Documents and final approval of registration and participation will be done by the ISAPS National Secretaries of the delegate’s country or by the ISAPS Membership Chair. Any delegates that fail to produce a satisfactory document will be automatically cancelled and refunded according to the cancellation policy.
The registration link will lead you to a page where you can either log-in to an existing X-CD account or create a new account.
Non-members are able to register for the course, provided they are able to prove they are a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon.
*Please note: Non-member residents are not eligible to register for this course.

A receipt is automatically sent to your email address once you have completed your registration. This is also your invoice. Please check your spam folder if you don’t receive this within an hour of registering.

Requests for refunds will be granted for cancellation until May 4, 2026 and must be emailed to [email protected]. No refunds will be granted for any reason thereafter, except in cases of failure to obtain a visa to enter the United States (with documentary evidence from Embassy or Consulate).
In case of cancellation due to illness/accidents, we will require your medical certificate from a local hospital/doctor, including the delegate’s full name and dates of document creation.
To ensure the refund application can be successful, the document should be from the few days before the trip and no later than 2 days after the trip departure.
Refunds are at ISAPS’ discretion.
A 20% administrative fee will be retained from all refunds except for visa denials.
Planning Your Trip
Visa requirements for visiting the Spain vary depending on the traveler's country of origin.

Important
It is the responsibility of each delegate to:
- Verify their own entry requirements for Spain.
- Complete any necessary visa applications and procedures
- Arrange personal travel insurance for entry into the Spain and any other countries transited on route
Barcelona, Spain time is consistent with UTC +2
It will be Summer in Barcelona when this course with temperatures ranging from 30°C (86°F) to 22°C (72°F). Lightweight, breathable clothing is recommended.

Recording (photographic, video, and audio) of the sessions and dissections is strictly prohibited.
Please note the unauthorized recording or capturing of videos accessible on ISAPS On Demand Platforms, such as the ISAPS Virtual platform and the ISAPS Video Library, whether through video, audio, photography, or screenshots, is explicitly prohibited.
Our sessions are available to view On Demand, online after the course for a minimum period of one year.

Scientific Program
An application will be made to the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Examination (EACCME®) for CME accreditation for the ISAPS Body Masters Course in Barcelona.
More information on CME will be available soon on this page.
Please note that to receive a CME certificate (valid for onsite and virtual participants), it is compulsory to complete the course evaluation.
Yes, there will be an On Demand archive available. We aim to provide on-demand access to recordings within 24 hours after a session has ended. Please understand that some recordings will need additional editing post-course so may take longer.
No, there will be no translation available. The official language for the course is English.
The hands-on portion of the Body Masters course has limited availability and is now sold out.
