We are now only 350 days away from seeing each other in Cancun for the ISAPS World Congress 2026! The Scientific Program Committee is busy accepting abstracts and preparing another amazing meeting, featuring the latest advancements in aesthetic plastic surgery. Plan for another innovative pre-Congress program on October 27, 2026, followed by four days of immersive, educational opportunities.
The Congress will be held at the Cancun Center, a world-class convention center located in the heart of Cancun's Hotel Zone. You will find numerous culinary options and tourist destinations in close proximity, making it easy to go from “work” to “play”!
Stay tuned for program updates and our “not-to-be-missed” networking events—connecting the #ISAPSFamily, making memories, and building friendships. We can’t wait to see you in Cancun!
On the note of connecting, I want to share that on October 18, 2025, we celebrated the 26th Annual Celebration of Life Gala hosted by the Image Reborn Foundation (IRF), founded by Dr. Renato Saltz. It was another well-attended event, which included many past and current Presidents of the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ASAPS) & ISAPS, who honored us and the foundation with their presence.

The annual fundraiser gala supports the IRF, which, for more than 20 years, has helped countless women overcome the difficult challenge of being diagnosed with breast cancer. This year’s gala was particularly special because it allowed us to spend more time with dear plastic surgeons, friends, and leaders from various fields.
I would like to thank Dr. Renato Saltz and his wife, Flavia, for their friendship and leadership, which brings together so many people, and for the teamwork, perseverance, and kindness they have demonstrated on projects like this. And thanks to the American-Brazilian Aesthetic Meeting (ABAM) community, whose participation contributes significantly to this beautiful humanitarian work.
I would also like to thank all members of the ABAM family for their continued support, as demonstrated through their annual non-profit meeting, held every February. And I want to reassure you once again that your registration and any donations to the meeting and to IRF have made ABAM the number one donor to the foundation, totaling $1,000,000.00 with this year’s donation.

Another “don’t miss” and NEW for this month is our innovative AI platform, "ISAPS Community Café". All members are invited to attend this coming Saturday, November 8, at 13:00 UTC, to discuss mentoring relationships. This is a chance to connect with other ISAPS members, share your opinions or experiences on formative mentoring relationships, and help us to continue to lead the future in aesthetics for our next generation surgeons. Scroll down to register and be part of this new, fun ISAPS experience.
Until next time, take care!
