October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and we are marking the occasion by sharing educational resources and focusing this month's issue of the ISAPS President’s E-Magazine on the breast. In this next edition (coming October 7, 2026), you’ll find an interview with a breast category award winner from the Singapore Congress and a Member of the ISAPS Patient Safety Advisory Focus Group on Breast, along with resources from the ISAPS Aesthetic Plastic Surgery Journal, MedOne, and the ISAPS Video Library.

Public education, patient safety, support, and research are at the heart of what we do. As plastic surgeons, we are committed to delivering exceptional care and outcomes for our patients, while seizing every opportunity to raise awareness for breast cancer and other conditions central to our specialty.

If you haven't already, please check out the research and educational resources below and stay up-to-date with our Statements & Guidelines page.
