Jeffery Tobias Halter leads YWomen, which is focused on the advancement of women in leadership as well as better engagement of men in the workforce. Halter has worked with Coca-Cola, McDonald’s, Deloitte, Mercedes Benz, GE, and more. He discusses the diverse benefits of leveraging more women on boards and suggests what men need to do to encourage women in leadership.
