Jeffery Tobias Halter leads YWomen, which is focused on the advancement of women in leadership as well as better engagement of men in the workforce. He looks for ways to improve the effectiveness and productivity of both parties as well as helping to address unconscious bias in the workplace. Halter has worked with Coca-Cola, McDonald’s, Deloitte, Mercedes Benz, GE, and more. He discusses the diverse benefits of leveraging more women on boards and suggests what men need to do to encourage women in leadership.
