On April 22, 2026, Dr. Ahmad Saad led a Liposculpture Course at Hospital de Clínicas de Porto Alegre (HCPA) in Brazil as part of the ISAPS Visiting Professor Program, designed for residents and early-career plastic surgeons.

The program emphasized achieving effective results safely, examining emerging trends in male and female body definition, skin-tightening technologies, and buttock sculpting.
