Registration is now open. Click here to register.
Registration is open to facial surgery specialties, as below, with submission of appropriate documentation of qualifications: Plastic Surgeons, Facial Plastic Surgeons and Oculoplastic Surgeons. If you are not an ISAPS Member, you will be asked to upload a proof of your certification. Documents and final approval of registration and participation will be done by the ISAPS National Secretaries of the delegate’s country or by the ISAPS Membership Chair. Any delegates that fail to produce a satisfactory document will be automatically cancelled and refunded according to the cancellation policy.
The registration link will lead you to a page where you can either log-in to an existing X-CD account or create a new account.
Non-members are able to register for the course, provided they are able to prove they work in one of the facial specialties listed above.
*Please note: Non-member residents are not eligible to register for this course.

A receipt is automatically sent to your email address once you have completed your registration. This is also your invoice. Please check your spam folder if you don’t receive this within an hour of registering.

Requests for refunds will be granted for cancellation until December 19, 2025 and must be emailed to [email protected]. No refunds will be granted for any reason thereafter, except in cases of failure to obtain a visa to enter the United States (with documentary evidence from Embassy or Consulate).
In case of cancellation due to illness/accidents, we will require your medical certificate from a local hospital/doctor, including the delegate’s full name and dates of document creation.
To ensure the refund application can be successful, the document should be from the few days before the trip and no later than 2 days after the trip departure.
Refunds are at ISAPS’ discretion.
A 20% administrative fee will be retained from all refunds except for visa denials.
Visa requirements for visiting the United States vary depending on the traveler's country of origin.

It will be winter when this course with temperatures ranging from 6°C (42°F) to -4°C (25°F) and the potential for snowfall. Layers are recommended.

There is NO official housing or travel agency associated with the Face Masters Course.
Recording (photographic, video, and audio) of the sessions and dissections is strictly prohibited.
Please note the unauthorized recording or capturing of videos accessible on ISAPS On Demand Platforms, such as the ISAPS Virtual platform and the ISAPS Video Library, whether through video, audio, photography, or screenshots, is explicitly prohibited.
Our sessions are available to view On Demand, online after the course for a minimum period of one year.
