Start With The Why

By Simon Sinek. Sinek an inspirational speaker and author of five books including Start With Why (2009) and The Infinite Game (2019). A trained ethnographer, he discovers patterns about leaders and organizations think, act, and communicate. Here Sinek argues that leaders who’ve had the greatest influence in the world all think, act, and communicate the same way—and it’s the opposite of what everyone else does. He provides a framework upon which organizations can be built, movements can be led, and people can be inspired, called "The Golden Circle".  It all starts with WHY.
