The ISAPS L.I.F.T. Program is a new educational initiative offering transformative and impactful learning resources beneficial to ISAPS member surgeons seeking to develop their executive presence as they practice.

This L.I.F.T. webinar focuses on 'Leading Others' (Module 2), during which a panel of members will share their insights about building skills and impact to lead others with coaching, mentoring, feedback, and building teams.

Speaker: Andy Craggs (United Kingdom)

Panelists: Kai Schlaudraff (Switzerland), Lina Triana (Colombia), Argentina Vidrascu (Romania), Caroline Glicksman (United States) and Mark Jewell (United States)

In this webinar, you will explore insights and tools to help you lead others more effectively. We know that all groups, including medical ones, experience dysfunctions. Common causes include poor communication, ambiguous KPIs, changing group membership, or any number of external factors from clients to patients, suppliers, and even the Regulator. Under stress and in surgical or medical settings, these dysfunctions often become magnified, yet leaders need their people to work smoothly, flexibly and adaptively together

In this webinar we will learn from senior ISAPS surgeons about how they have increased performance in their own practices by using deliberate tools and techniques

We will also share three selected management frameworks: ‘Defusing Team Dysfunctions', The ABC of Leadership ', and ‘The Trust Trap’. These will offer practical tools to transform your ability to engage and lead others in your team, across your professional network, and among your key stakeholders
