Please welcome Dr. Jae Hoon Chang, the Assistant National Secretary from South Korea! We recently had the opportunity to do a brief Q&A with him and are excited to share his insight on his new role.

"I will work to directly and indirectly help others experience and understand the professional, trendy, and friendly atmosphere of ISAPS by 1. Linking existing plastic surgery academic conferences in Korea with ISAPS programs, and 2. Encouraging more participation of Korean plastic surgeons in international ISAPS programs. These strategies hold the potential to significantly enhance our network and professional development. I believe this will directly lead to an increase in the number of ISAPS members among Korean plastic surgeons."
