The Brazilian Society of Plastic Surgery was founded in 1948 in São Paulo, with the aim of promoting and improving the study of plastic surgery in Brazil. The goal of serving aesthetic plastic surgeons has always been the philosophy of EASAPS: They are extending this goal to ESAPS and reaching out to all trained plastic surgeons in Europe.
