Midface Lifting

Midface facelift focuses on tightening the cheek area to reverse a saggy cheek look. The incision can be done through the conjunctiva of lower eyelids, via blepharoplasty, or using facelift incisions. Patients with the droopy appearance of cheeks would gain benefits from this procedure. Several conditions such as people with hypertension and clotting disorders may need a further assessment before going through the procedure. Preparation may include a detailed history of medical history and medications, physical examination, smoking cessation, antiplatelet and anticoagulant withdrawal for about one week before surgery.
