  • Members $0.00
  • Non-Members $100.00

The ISAPS L.I.F.T. Program is a new educational initiative offering transformative and impactful learning resources beneficial to ISAPS member surgeons seeking to develop their leadership skills as they practice.

Join Dr. Lina Triana (Colombia) for this webinar on "Leading Wellness" at 1 PM UTC with Speaker Jeff Archer (United Kingdom) and Gregory Evans (United States), and Facilitator Andy Craggs (United Kingdom).

We know that medical professionals and surgeons in particular are prone to high levels of stress and burnout, and in this webinar, we will explore how to take more focused and sustainable action when professionals decide the time is right for them to prioritize their wellbeing. Jeff works to create a strategy to maximize engagement and commitment to healthy living in professional job functions as well as working environments with a focus on individual solutions that guarantee lasting benefits.

Some of these methods include:

    1. Creating a culture of positive health & wellbeing
    2. Putting an end to stop-start results with healthier living
    3. Creating healthy habits that last for yourself and others

The focus of this webinar is to present tools to build professional wellness practices and healthy habits, including Human Performance Coaching to activate new health, exercise, and mindset routines.
