The ISAPS Leadership Insights For Transformation (L.I.F.T.) Program is our newest educational initiative. Join us for our Coaching and Mentoring Workshop, run by L.I.F.T. Program Director Andy Craggs, together with Randall S Peterson, Professor of Organizational Behaviour at London Business School and Academic Director of the Leadership Institute.

 

The full-day workshop will run from 08:30 - 18:00

Our second live in-person event focuses on Leading Others (Module 2) with a workshop on Coaching, Mentoring & Building High Performing Teams with a world-leading expert in Leadership. This session will step change your ability to build teams, engage and motivate others, and maintain the highest professional standards and team performance. During this session, you will learn to:

- Understand the essentials of good leadership in today’s hybrid and changing world
- Understand group dynamics and how to engage, align, and motivate every member of a team
- Increase performance by leveraging the diversity of styles and backgrounds in a group
- Become a more effective coach and mentor by developing and unlocking the best in others
- Give and receive feedback to unblock performance issues, including “difficult” conversations

The workshop will include lectures, breakout exercises, and skills practice where you will receive expert feedback as you build your skills. There will also be time for networking and sharing experiences.

This event is suitable for anybody who manages teams or individuals, or even those in a position that requires influencing and aligning other people to deliver their work.

Randall S Peterson

Randall S Peterson

Randall S Peterson is Professor of Organizational Behaviour at London Business School and Academic Director of the Leadership Institute. He holds a PhD in Social Psychology from the University of California, Berkeley and has been faculty at Northwestern University and Cornell University's SC Johnson Graduate School of Management. He is also Subject Area Chair of Organizational Behaviour, Chair of the Ph.D. Programme, Vice President of the Campaign Committee, and former Deputy Dean of Faculty at LBS. His teaching and research focuses on Leadership, the Psychology of Teams, Diversity & Inclusion, and the Future of Work. He is widely published and appears often in the press and other media on the subjects of leadership, psychology and business.

Andy Craggs

Andy Craggs is a business consultant and leadership coach based in London. He works at the London Business School as a Program Director in Executive Education and advises companies on leadership and change across a range of sectors and geographies. His medical and health sector clients include Novartis, Novo Nordisk, Molnlycke and J&J. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Economics, a Diploma in Organizational Development from NTL in Oxford, and is a qualified practitioner in several psychometrics assessments. He is also the author of “The Change Mindset – the Psychology of Leading and Thriving in an Uncertain World” published in 2022. Beyond consulting, Andy dedicates time to NGOs including the WHO where he supports health and education initiatives in Africa as a translator and photographer. In 2023 he became the Director and Curator of the ISAPS L.I.F.T. Program.
