Welcome to the membership application page of the International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery. Thank you for your interest in joining us.

ISAPS was founded in 1970 at the United Nations in New York and now includes almost 2,000 members from 90 countries. We are the pre-eminent global professional body representing aesthetic plastic surgery and our primary purpose is to promote and provide continuing education for plastic surgeons interested in aesthetic plastic surgery worldwide and thereby to insure that our patients are treated safely.

ISAPS members exchange ideas with their colleagues from diverse cultural backgrounds at meetings around the globe. The rights and privileges of membership include reduced registration fees for the Biennial International Congress and numerous post graduate courses in aesthetic plastic surgery held around the world. The founding principles of ISAPS rest on the promotion and provision of the highest levels of professional standards, patient care and education. Membership includes a free subscription to the society's official indexed journal, Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, published six times yearly, and our newsletter, ISAPS News, with a circulation of over 20,000 plastic surgeons worldwide. Online Application Process:

Applications for active and candidate members are only accepted through our online system. Applicants should enter their demographic and training data into the online form and select 3 qualified active or life members as their sponsors. The system will automatically send each of them a sponsorship form to complete online.

Rights and priviledges

Active Members

Active Members shall have all the rights and privileges of the Society, including the right to attend all membership meetings, to vote, to hold office, and to serve on committees of the Society. Active Members are permitted to use the ISAPS logo on any printed materials or websites as long as they remain members of ISAPS in good standing.

Candidate Members

Candidate Members shall have the right to attend all membership meetings, but shall not have the right to vote, to hold office, or to serve on committees of the Society. Candidate Members MAY NOT use the ISAPS logo on any materials such as websites, stationery, or advertising.

Benefits of Membership

Among the benefits of ISAPS membership are:

• Free subscription to the Society's official journal, Aesthetic Plastic Surgery
• reduced registration fees for Congresses and Courses
• inclusion in the ISAPS electronic International Roster of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons on the ISAPS website
• the option to upgrade the website listing with photographic and practice information
• facilitated visits to the operating rooms of aesthetic master surgeons around the world

In other words: a front row seat to breaking, new developments in international aesthetic plastic surgery. For application, contact your National Secretary, or the Executive Office if there is no National Secretary in your country.

The current annual dues are US $300 and are payable in full by 31 March of the calendar year. If the dues are not paid by 31 March, an additional US $100 late fee is assessed.

The current annual dues are US $175 and are payable in full by 31 March of the calendar year. If the dues are not paid by 31 March, an additional US $100 late fee is assessed.
